Miss Nancy Samuel, daughter of Sir Herbert Samuel, will be the guest of honor at a reception tonight tendered by Young Judaea at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel. Rabbi Israel Goldstein, president of Young Judaea, will preside.
Miss Samuel, who has been in this country as a member of the Oxford Debating Team and as a member of an Oxford Commission studying American educational methods, will give her impressions of America.
