Judge Harry M. Fisher has been appointed chairman of the United Palestine Appeal in Chicago, Dr. Leo J. Frachtenberg, executive director, announced. A committee of thirty has been named by Judge Fisher on the campaign committee. The campaign will begin May 6 and continue two weeks.
