The Orthodox elements of the Jewish population in White Russia are resentful of the anti-religious campaign now undertaken by the Communist Yiddish daily, “Oktiabr” in connection with the forthcoming Passover holiday.
The paper states today that it is in receipt of many threatening letters urging the editor to discontinue his campaign against the Jewish religion.
