Dwina Overflows; Damage in Dwinsk Suburbs

Several of the suburbs of Dwinsk were submerged as a result of the overflow of the Dwina River.

The areas particularly affected are those of Griwa and Gajok, where many of the inhabitants had to evacuate their houses. The majority of the population in these two suburbs is Jewish.
