Bernard Baron, English Jewish philanthropist, will be made a Peer for his services to his Labor party, it is stated in well informed circles.
Mr. Baron will be honored both for his services to the present government party and for his large contributions to charity and the sums he has distributed among his employees in his tobacco factories.
