Considerably improved in health, Dr. Chaim Weizmann. President of the World Zionist Organization, has left Paris. He is resting in Switzerland and will be able to participate in the Congress, having regained the full intellect and bodily vigor which was always associated with Dr. Weizmann’s name, stated Dr. Selig Brodetsky, a member of the London Zionist Executive, at a luncheon given here in honor of Zionist leaders from the Dominions.

Mr. Ochberg, South African Zionist leader, announced a £1,000 scholarship endowment at the Hebrew University, on the occasion of his fiftieth birthday.

Mr. Ochberg also endowed a scholarship at the Capetown University.
