Minister of Labor Loucheur inaugurated the George and Florence Blumenthal Foundation for Sick Children at Necker Hospital today. Norman Armour represented the United States Embassy at the ceremonies. The children’s clinic was established with funds provided by George Blumenthal, New York banker and philanthropist.
Two hundred children will be accommodated at the clinic. Twenty physicians are in attendance.
