3 Year Girl Travels Alone from Roumania to Canada

A journey across two continents is the adventurous trip being undertaken all alone by a three-year-old Jewish youngster of Bucharest. Yitte Bassboym, who sailed here on the Steamer “Regina,” travelled all the way from Bucharest alone in order to join her father in Western Canada. Her only road map was a label attached to her frock, stating “My name is Yitte Bassboym, age three. Please see that I get safely aboard the Steamer ‘Regina’ sailing from Liverpool, July 12.
