David Bressler and Joseph Hyman, representatives of the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee, arrived here on the first lap of their tour of East European countries. While here they conferred with representatives of the J. D. C. and the Agrojoint. Their itinerary includes a tour of Lithuania, Latvia, Poland and Roumania, to acquaint themselves with the situation of the Jewish masses.
