Budget Cut Reduces Work of Hadassah in Palestine

Cuts in the budget, resulting from smaller collections in the United States, are beginning to have their effect on the extent of the medical work of the Hadassah, the American women’s Zionist organization, which maintains a network of hospitals and medical aid stations in Palestine.

The Haifa branch of the Hadassah hospital is being closed down it is announced. Activities in other Palestine towns are being decreased.
