Rechama Chaya Kalisch, known as the Worker Rebbetzin, died her today at the age of 80.
The late Rebbetzin had the distinction of being the mother and grandmother of several Chassidic Rabbis who ascended to leadership when the Worker dynasty split into several branches and when brother succeeded brother in the cult.
