Labor Demonstration Leads to Arrests

One hundred and seventy-five persons, mostly Jewish workers, were arrested in the capital and provincial cities on August 1. Some of the persons, members of the Jewish sport club Hakoah, are charged with “Communism,” a serious offense under the present regime in Lithuania.
