A national conference of the Jewish Colonization fund will be held here on August 24 and 25, to wind up the Reuben Brainin Campaign to Assist the Jewish Land Settlement in Russia.
Mr. Brainin, who was the center of a controversy in South African Jewry, will deliver his farewell address at this conference before his return to New York.
