Reconstruction steps are to be undertaken by the Jewish Labor Federation, which appointed a special committee for working out plans for the urban and rural settlements damaged during the disturbances. All proposals will be submitted to the Zionist Executive.

The Labor Federation was advised from Paris that the Socialist mission which planned to visit Palestine before the disturbances has postponed its trip.
