Rabbi Rybak, of Ostrow, Poland, one of the delegates to the Agudath Israel Congress here, died from a stroke while waiting in the anteroom of the Polish Consulate here.

The Austrian press, reporting the death of the rabbi, criticizes conditions prevailing in the passport department of the consulate, charging that the rabbi’s death was caused by aggravation, he having been compelled to wait for hours, when he sought to have his passport extended.
