The American Jewish Congress having taken action favorable to such a conference at the meeting of the Administrative Committee Tuesday evening, and a resolution adopted recommending that the conference be called by the Jewish Agency, a special committee was designated to confer on the subject with the officers of the Zionist Organization of America.
