90 Poultry Dealers on Trial for Trust Violation

The trial was begun today of 90 poultry dealers of Greater New York, charged with the alleged violation of the Sherman Anti-Trust Act, before Judge John C. Knox of the U. S. District Court.

Defendants in the case are associated with the Greater New York Live Poultry Chamber of Commerce, Local 167 of the International Brotherhood of Chauffeurs, Teamsters, Stablemen and Helpers; and Orthodox Poultry Slaughterers of America, Inc.
