The Jewish Welfare Board has made available a comprehensive bulletin, which includes detailed suggestions for the conduct of Holy Day services for young people. It also contains material for club programs preceding the High Holy Days, comprising appropriate selections from quotations in prose and verse, a list of topics for essays and addresses, and data on the history and significance of the Holy Days.

Arrangements have been made by the Jewish Welfare Board for the attendance of soldiers, sailors, marines and disabled veterans of the Jewish faith at services in this country and in outlying possessions of the United States. Holy Day prayer books, Jewish calendars, and New Year greeting cards have been distributed to the men in service. Patients in government hospitals will be remembered with appropriate delicacies and will be visited by representatives of the Board.
