A report in the “Yarmuk,” Arab newspaper, declares that the court has ordered that the criminal code, entailing death sentence for crimes arising out of the recent disturbances in Palestine, shall not be applied. The report was been issued, it is believed, in order to quiet the prisoners and their families.
