Protests Jew’s Attempt to Change Name to Lovett

Charles W. Lovett of Lynn, Mass., appeared in the Cambridge court today to protest against the petition of Julius Youdelowitz of Malden, Mass., to have his named changed to Lovett.

Charles W. Lovett is a former New England Governor of the Rotary Clubs. Youdelovitz is a graduate of Harvard University.

The hearing will be resumed tomorrow.
