Dr. Ludwig Singer. President of the Jewish National Council of Czecholovakia, was elected to Parliament on the Jewish party list of Prague, in the general elections which are now in progress in the country.

It is expected that the Jewish community will be able to send three or four deputies to Parliament, inasmuch as twenty thousand votes are required to elect a deputy and sixty thousand votes have already been polled by the Jewish party.
