Moslem Notables Deny Part in Haifa Demonstration

Moslem notables of Haifa have informed the authorities that they had no part in the demonstration at Haifa during the general strike on Saturday which was dispersed by the police.

Reports from Haifa state that a small crowd of Arabs met the Inquiry Commission on the road to Haifa. Members of the Commission alighted and received petitions presented by the Arabs.
