Lucy Goldsmith Shore, New York foreign trade analyst and consultant, has been named special trade adviser to Spain by Primo de Rivera, Spanish premier, according to advices received yesterday at the New York office of her firm, Goldsmith-Shore Company. It will be Miss Shore’s job to make recommendations to the Premier on ways and means of improving the export and import trade between Spain and the United States. She has long been prominent in her chosen career of finding suitable markets for American concerns seeking foreign outlets.
