The Jewish Telegraphic Agency correspondent learns that the Mandates Commission of the League of Nations, at yesterday morning’s meeting discussed the formulation of its attitude in regard to the British proposal for an international commission of inquiry to go to Palestine. That formulation may point out to the Council of the League doubts whether a special commission only to settler the Wailing Wall dispute is compatible with Article 14 of the Palestine Mandate, which provides for protection for all of the Holy Places. The Commission is expected to leave the decision to the Council.
