Herr Stoessinger, one of the publishers of the German edition of the Talmud, reveals a secret decree issued by Lenin’s sister, Madame Krupskaya, on behalf of the Soviet government, ordering the libraries of Russia to destroy all copies of the books of Kant, Plato, Spencer, Carlyle, all evangelical works, the Koran and the Talmud. Only the academies, according to this decree, are permitted to retain one copy.
