Dr. Carl Melchior, partner of Max Warburg and co-proprietor of the Hamburg House in Hamburg, has been named by the German cabinet as an economic expert to the coming Hague Conference. Dr. Melchior is well-known as an economist and financial authority and he has on several occasions represented Germany as an economic expert at international conferences.
