Arab orange shippers of Jaffa have broken an arrangement with Jewish shippers by which 70 percent of the space in the boats had been allocated to the Arabs and 30 percent to the Jews. The Jews now have only 25 percent of the space.

Jewish shippers, however, are entitled to 80 percent of the space in the boats at Haifa, from which point 200 trucks yesterday carried 60,000 boxes of oranges to Egypt for transshipment to Europe.
