Lord Melchett, president of the English Zionist Federation, who left Friday for South Africa, has consented to be present at a banquet of the South African Zionist Federation at Capetown on January 30. The banquet will mark the opening of the Keren Hayesod campaign. Col. Josiah Wedgwood and Dr. Ben Zion Mossenson will also attend.
