Police Chief of Ceylon to Reorganize Palestine Force

The “Times” reports that Herbert Dowbiggin, Inspector-General of the Ceylon police, will leave Colombo tomorrow for Palestine, where he has been commissioned by the Secretary of State to reorganize the police. He previously performed a similar task in Cyprus.
