B’nai B’rith Executive Body Favors Levinson for Prize

The Executive Committee of the Independent Order of B’nai B’rith in annual session here voted to suggest the name of Salmon O. Levinson of Chicago, for the Nobel Peace Prize, in view of his work in behalf of the outlawry of war. The Committee also voted to assist the League for Guarding the Fixity of the Sabbath, financially and in other ways, against possible encroachment on the Sabbath by calendar reform.
