Julius Glaser was yesterday elected president of the Jewish Federation Board at the annual meeting of that organization. Other officers chosen were Sydney Shoenberg, first vice-president; Morton J. May, second vice-president; Sam Hamburg, Jr., third vice-president; Bernard Greensfelder, secretary and Alvin D. Goldman, treasurer.
