The Palestine Commission of Inquiry held its second meeting here and the first part of its report dealing with the inquiry into the causes of the outbreaks is already largely in draft. The second part concerning the suggestions as to how to prevent recurrences of the troubles in the future is still under consideration. The Commission will continue to hold weekly meetings at which additional witnesses will give evidence.
