Palestine Budget Cuts Grants to Municipalities by Half

The budget of the Palestine government for 1930 includes $150,000 in grants to the different municipalities, including $40,000 for public works in Jaffa. No grant is made for Tel Aviv, where the grant to the police is considered government aid. Last year’s grants to the municipalities totalled $300,000.
