Nicholas Politis, Greek ambassador to France, will be one of the three members of the International Wailing Wall Commission to be appointed by Great Britain with the approval of the League of Nations to settle the Wailing Wall issue, according to a dispatch in a local Arab paper usually well informed. Mr. Politis was the counsel for the Greek engineer, Mavrommatis, whose rights to a part of the electric and water concession in Jerusalem were sustained by the International Court of Justice some years ago.
