Anti-Semitic songs were part of a concert given by White Guard singers in Harbin at the British municipality hall. The Harbin Jewish community is still in fear because anti-Semitic agitation is growing and the Mukden authorities are allowing the White Guards to develop their anti-Soviet and anti-Semitic activities without hindrance.

Ataman Semenoff. a noted pogromist. has arrived in Harbin to lead the White Guards.
