David Schoichet, a soldier in the Red Army, committed suicide today because of anti-Semitic persecution. A special Red Army seminary has been established in Moscow to fight the increasing anti-Semitic tendencies among the soldiers. Each soldier is required to attend five seminary lectures to acquaint himself with the Soviet national minority policy as well as the background of anti-Semitism and the useful role of the Jews as workers and colonists.
