The formal dedication of the new Jewish Synagogue-Center on Fishkill Avenue here will take place Sunday afternoon. David Alper, president of the Hebrew Alliance, will preside and the Jewish Welfare Board will be represented by former Congressman Isaac Siegel, who will deliver the principal address at the dedication.
