The reinstatement of Jews to their election rights has begun on a large scale, it is reported today from White Russia, as a result of the recent government order. In Minsk 746 Jews without rights have applied for reinstatement and forty percent of them have already been reinstated. In Vitebsk the regional election commission has been dissolved because it is now established that it had deprived many of their rights illegally.

In the township of Horodok in the Minsk district twenty-five percent of the population, most of which is Jewish, were deprived of their rights with no proper reason. They will all be reinstated now it is announced.
