Jewish Attorney Appointed Aide to City Attorney

H. H. Harris, a well known Jewish attorney of this city, was appointed assistant City Attorney to take over the work of the Harbor Department of the City of Los Angeles. Mr. Harris is a World War Veteran and rendered service in the Intelligence Department at General Headquarters of the A. E. F. in France. In 1925 he served as Commander of the Los Angeles Post of the American Legion.
