“doar Hayom” and Two Arab Dailies Are Suspended

In place of the suspended Hebrew daily “Doar Hayom” there appeared this morning the “Yerushaloyim,” (Jerusalem) printed from the Doar Hayom’s press and under the same editorship but published under a permit in the possession of an obscure weekly known as “Yerushaloyim”.

The “Doar Hayom” and the Arab dailies “Jamal Al Arabia” and the “Falastin” were suspended Sunday until further notice. The notice received at the “Doar Hayom’s” office gave no reason for the suspension but it is learned that the orders sent to the Arab papers mention inciting articles calculated to exacerbate public feeling.
