The Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations of America will hold its bi-annual convention in Baltimore November 15, 16 and 17. This will be the first time the assembly has been held anywhere except in New York city, according to Israel S. Gomborov, president of the Council of Orthodox Jewish Congregations of Baltimore.
