Dissatisfaction with the policy of the Palestine Arab Executive by Ibn Saud, King of Hedjaz, is seen as the cause for the small contribution made by the Arabs of Hedjaz to the fund for the relief of Arab sufferers from the riots, according to the Arab paper, “El Carmel.” The Arabs from Hedjaz contributed $670 through Subi Khadra, the Arab Executive’s delegate to the Hedjaz.
