A report that Commissioner Simpson, who has been investigating problems of colonization, immigration and settlement in Palestine for Great Britain, would leave for home July 27 has aroused much conjecture as to his possible conclusions. The Jewish Telegraphic Agency correspondent learns that all forecasts as to the contents of his report are premature but it is known that Simpson considers that Palestine is able to absorb a greater population if a better system of development were followed.
