With Col Frederick Kisch, chairman of the Palestine Executive of the Jewish Agency, expected back here at the end of the week from his flying visit to London, Dr. Arthur Ruppin, Rabbi Meyer Berlin and Joseph Sprinzak are preparing to go abroad for the sessions of the Zionist Actions Committee which will be held in Berlin, August 24. In the meantime it is expected that Henrietta Szold will temporarily rejoin the Jewish Agency Executive together with Col. Kisch and Pinchas Rutenberg.
