Dickstein to Seek Change in Examination of Emigrants

Samuel Dickstein of New York, a member of Congress, announced here today that he would use all efforts to obtain a change in the present system of examining emigrants at the American consulate. His announcement was the result of his being present at the examination of emigrants conducted at the American consulate here. Congress Dickstein said that the present form of examination antagonizes the emigrants.
