As a result of testimony furnished to the district attorney’s office of Queens County by Commissioner of Accounts Higgins who is probing charges of graft made by kosher butchers against supervisers in the department of markets, the Queens County grand jury has indicted John R. Shea, suspended supervisor of the kosher squad, and released in $2,500 bail. In the meantime two kosher butchers have identified another supervisor as having accepted bribes.
