A memorandum demanding the abolition of the Palestine government’s “pro-Zionist policy,” the stoppage of Jewish immigration, the abolition of the collective fines imposed on the Arab villages after the riots of last year, greater compensation to the Arabs affected by the riots and the release of all Arabs sentenced to prison as a result of the riots was presented to the Acting High Commissioner, Mark Aitchison Young, today by a delegation of Arabs fom Hebron.
