C. F. Strickland, British Colonial Office expert on co-operatives, who has been investigating the possibility of the extension of Arab cooperatives here for the past few weeks, left for home today. In the course of his probe he had extended his study to include the cooperatives of the Jewish settlers which he declared were among the finest in the world.
