Titus Zbyzsevsky, Polish consul-general in Palestine, arrived here today to confer with Dr. Arthur Ruppin of the Zionist Executive, B. Hausner, Polish consul in Tel Aviv, and with officials of the Polish ministry of commerce and foreign affairs concerning Polish-Palestine trade relations as well as middle class immigration from Poland to Palestine.
