Immediate convocation of the Zionist Actions Committee, the removal of the World Zionist Executive and the creation of an emergency committee entrusted with the conduct of Zionist affairs pending elections for a new executive and the summoning of an ordinary World Zionist Congress are among the demands made by the Zionist Revisionists in view of the crisis in the Zionist movement.

In a statement issued here today the executive of the Revisionists, the opposition to the Weizmann regime with-

in the Zionist Organization, also urge the appointment of a central election board for the supervision of election of delegates for the Congress, the raising of an emergency fund to be placed in the hands of an emergency committee for the maintenance of the work in Palestine and pending the session of the Actions Committee the Zionist Executive should confine itself to administrative affairs.

The need for the reconstruction of the Zionist Organization and the adoption of political and colonization methods suited to the new circumstances are the immediate tasks confronting the Zionist leaders, the statement continues. The Revisionists appeal to the Jewish people not to become downhearted but to maintain fully its determination to continue the work of reconstruction in the national home.

“Governments come and go, empires are built up and dissipated but the will of the Jewish people to regain Palestine remains unaltered. No temporary crises, no betrayal, neither by empires nor by governments can prevent the fulfillment of the historic Jewish destiny,” the statement concludes.
